"To Whom It May Concern,
I wanted to send my compliments to your employees. My wife and I bought a new house just over 5 years ago and we always had wild temperature changes upstairs. We didn't realize what was wrong until recently. We had two other companies come and look into our house and then we heard nothing. Needless to say the customer service was lacking.
Luckily for us, we found Enerliv Insulation through a google search. The gentleman who came to look at our attic and gave us the quote was amazing. He took his time and explained everything that could be going on and was up front and honest. The timeline from when I contacted Enerliv Insulation to him coming was remarkable. We made the decision to book Enerliv Insulation to help us that day.
Today, we had two great gentleman who were personable, answered all our questions and kept us up to date with what was happening and how they were doing it. Their attention to detail right down to vacuuming after the job was done was second to none.
We want to thank everyone who helped us bring our house temperature and our baby boy's room under control. We felt the effects almost immediately. Thank you. It helps us rest assured that our baby boy won't be cold during the winter and hot during the summer. We are grateful for that. Because of your employees we will be contacting Enerliv Insulation again when we are going to insulate the garage in the future.
